Serco Assurance organises a User Group for the users of our groundwater modelling software. This is an active community with its own newsletter and web site, and with periodic User Meetings, organised by Serco Assurance. The User Meetings are designed to allow our users to find out about developments in the software and services available, to present applications of the software, and to meet technical experts to discuss problems and to influence future developments.
We can provide additional consultancy services using experienced hydrogeologists and groundwater modellers.

Customised
training courses are available for all our groundwater modelling software.
Training is provided on an individual basis, tailored to the requirements
of each customer. This makes it possible to begin constructing models based
on the applications of most interest to our clients, during the course. Client's
data can be used, where this is available. Our experience is that this approach
is the most rapid way of overcoming the initial learning curve, and making
users productive from day one. Training can take place at Serco Assurance's
offices in Oxfordshire, or at the customer's site.
Serco Assurance is committed to the continuing development and improvement of our
groundwater modelling software. We aim to enhance the capabilities of the
physical models, the efficiency of the numerical methods, and the ease-of-use
of the software. These developments are driven by the needs of our users.
We aim to release major new versions of the software every 12-18 months, and
updates on a more frequent basis. All users with a support and maintenance
agreement or an annual licence receive free updates of software and documentation
as soon as it is released, keeping you up to date with the latest technology.
Technical support is available by e-mail, telephone or fax. We have an experienced Support Team of five consultants, with expertise in both hydrogeological modelling and in software development. All questions can be dealt with rapidly and effectively. We aim to resolve all queries the same working day, wherever possible. Enquiries are logged electronically, and are monitored regularly to ensure a prompt response.
