GeoVisage path format (.gvp)

This file specifies the paths of a number of related NAPSAC, NAMMU or CONNECTFLOW files to be loaded into a GeoVisage session.

One file path is given per line in a label: path format:

• BaseDir: The base directory path
• NapsacModel: NAPSAC model file path
• NapsacSolve: NAPSAC solution file path
• NapsacPath: NAPSAC pathlines file path
• NapsacFlux: NAPSAC flux file path
• NapsacUpscale: NAPSAC upscaling file path
• NammuModel: NAMMU model file path
• NammuSolve: NAMMU solution file path
• NammuPerm: NAMMU permeability file path
• NammuProp: NAMMU properties file path

Any path may be omitted, but there must be a NAPSAC or NAMMU model file. The paths can be in any order.
The space between the colon and the path is optional.
Spaces in file paths are allowed, but leading and trailing spaces are removed.
If a label is repeated then the first path is replaced, i.e. only one file of each type will be read.
Unrecognised labels are ignored, but cause a status warning message to be printed.
All the files are relative to the base directory (BaseDir) unless they have absolute paths.
If the base directory path is not absolute then it is relative to the directory containing the GVP file.
If the base directory path is not present then it is set to the directory containing the GVP file.

An example is:

• BaseDir:.
• NapsacModel: bigsteady.mdl
• NapsacSolve: bigsteady.gns
• NapsacPath: bigsteady.pth
