ResFrac fracture intensity (*.rfi)

This file defines the fracture intensity values for each cell in a grid. The units of fracture intensity used in NAPSAC is fracture surface area per unit volume (m²/m³). Other units can be used but then a conversion factor must be supplied to convert back to (m²/m³).

The format of the file is:

1. A line specifying the number of dimensions (e.g. 3)
2. A line giving the x origin (x0), the y origin (y0), the cell size in the x directioon (dx), the cell size in the y direction (dy), the number of cells in the x direction (nx), the number of cells in the y direction (ny), the number of cells in the z direction (nz)
3. ny*nz lines containing a list of the nx fracture intensity values of the cells starting at (1,1,1) and ending at (nx,1,1). Following lines are for y increasing, and then for the vertical layers.
